Tennessee Valley Bikes will be holding an awesome demo event April 15th to kick off one of the best times to ride in East Tennessee – Spring! So, come celebrate Spring with us at Mead’s Quarry on April 15th from 11 AM to 5 PM.

Highlights include:

Demo bikes from Salsa, Surly, Kona and Scott
Food from The Tomato Head and Magpie’s.
Advocacy booths from Ijams Nature Center, Legacy Parks and Appalachian Mountain Bike Club.
Goodies from Tennessee Valley Bikes

All food sales will benefit Ijams, Legacy Parks and AMBC. So, bring some cash to support your favorite local groups!

So, mosey on down to Mead’s on April 15th for a fun day of riding, eatin’ and supporting the groups that make East Tennessee a better place to live.

Tennessee Valley Bicycles is proud to bring the GoneRiding South East Regional Championship Series to Knoxville, TN. The race will start at the TWRA Forks of the River Wildlife Management Area. From there the race on the Urban Wilderness Trails and head to a section of private property where you’ll race some of Knoxville’s best trails, commonly called the Dirty South. This trail network is growing all the time and is a blast to ride. Here is a map of the whole system. The race will only use part of it. Thanks to AMBC, our local SORBA chapter, for putting untold time into this trail network.

While in Knoxville come check us out here at Tennessee Valley Bicycles.

The Tomato Head has some of Knoxville’s most excited food and is a casual and great place to go.

The Public House is a trendy bar located next to the shop. Come by for a cold one or an expertly crafted cocktail.

Yeah, we’re now a Surly dealer. We’re stocking Long Haul Truckers in the Disc variety and would love to get you setup to ride ‘em all over. Expect the Disc Truckers late March.

Social MTB Ride

We’re gearing up for Spring so let’s get out and ride! Social MTB rides will begin March 28th at Mead’s Quarry.

What does social mean? It means no drop, a casual pace and a great way to get introduced to trails that are only 4 miles from Downtown Knoxville.

Bring a helmet, your bike and water. TVB will be bringing demo bikes to certain rides, so stay tuned for updates.
